Questions which are Frequently Asked

Who's behind this shenanigan?
Me, Jason Swett.
What's the theme of the conference? Why is it called "Renaissance Code"?
Taking inspiration from the polymaths of the Scientific Revolution like Da Vinci and Galileo, Renaissance Code aims to combine programming with science, philosophy, engineering, psychology, linguistics, art, design, economics, and perhaps a splash of Miller High Life. "We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started, and know the place for the first time."
How many people will be there?
Between 20 and 25. 'Tis a very small conference.
What is Petoskey like?
Petoskey is a beautiful small resort town on the shore of Lake Michigan, in Northern Michigan. Petoskey does not have a major airport, so consider your travel before buying a ticket!
How do I book my hotel room?
Call the Bay View Inn at (231) 347-2771 and ask to book in Jason Swett's room block.
